Working with employees on task forces…is like watching a steam locomotive with a big load of cars begin to chug-a-chug. Eventually it gets such a head of steam that its momentum is difficult to slow down. But it is irritating when someone subtly refrains from throwing the switch that would keep the momentum going. In other words, to not follow through in a timely fashion in implementing management commitments.
